Colton Dixon Gets Record Deal

Top 7 finalist, Colton Dixon, signed a record deal with EMI
CMG/Sparrow Records. The announcement came via Youtube
as the singer announced it in a video.

The first single is called "You Are" and will hit radio stations soon.
If you can't wait for the first single from his album, you can buy
"Never Gone," the original tune he's been performing on the
"Idols Live" tour this summer, on iTunes starting Sept. 25. He
said in an interview that the album will be an edgy christian
album and will be released before the end of the year.
